  • How do IVs work?
Intravenous therapy bypasses the gastrointestinal tract enabling your body to absorb 100% of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This method quickly and effectively hydrates your body, resulting in a more energized, healthier and better you!
  • What is an IV bar?
An IV bar is a place where guests can receive IV therapy — usually an IV bag containing 1 liter of saline with a combination of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants of your choice.
  • What is an IV bag?
An IV bag is a small plastic bag that contains a unique combination of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are diluted into 1 liter of saline. All IVs are administered by experienced registered nurses.
  • Why are vitamins and antioxidants important?
Our bodies need a consistent amount of vitamins and minerals to promote homeostasis and optimal health. Vitamin deficiencies can contribute to a variety of acute and long-term conditions. Antioxidants are an essential part of maintaining a healthy immune system, detoxifying your body, and removing free radicals that can contribute to cellular damage. Antioxidants also play a role in energy production.
  • Who will administer my IV?
One of our registered nurses will administer your IV during your IV Therapy. Our medical staff consists of fully licensed and accredited registered nurses, as well as an established doctor who works as our Medical Director. You’re in good hands at Infinity Hydration & Wellness.
  • How long does IV therapy take?
IV Therapy typically takes around 30-45 minutes depending on your unique needs and the type of IV therapy you’re receiving. This is a comfortable place for you to relax while improving your health and wellness.
  • Can a child get IV therapy?
Children can get IV therapy; however, we do not treat minors (under 18 years of age).
  • Does IV therapy hurt?
Typically, not at all. We pride ourselves on using high-quality products to make your treatment as comfortable as possible. If desired, we can administer a numbing spray at the injection site prior to your IV therapy treatment.
  • What are the potential side effects?
Other than feeling great afterwards, IV Therapy side effects are minor and temporary. The most common side effect is possible bruising and soreness at the IV site. Far less common side effects include: Risk of infection Allergic reaction Our medical professionals are well-versed in identifying and managing side effects in the rare case that it should happen.
  • How often can I get IV therapy?
Everyone is different and has unique needs. Some people respond best to a weekly treatment while others may only require a single session per month. Factors that determine IV Therapy frequency: Physical activity Nutrition Quality of sleep Stress
  • What types of IV therapy do you provide?
Our IV therapy treatments are tailored for symptoms that occur with over indulgence, health and wellness, altitude sickness, immunity, athletic recovery, anti-aging, and fatigue.

  • Do you take insurance?
Our services are typically far less expensive than the copays associated with billing insurance. Because of this, we do not accept private health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We do, however, accept FSA and HSA accounts.
  • Do you accept tips?
As health care professionals, we appreciate the offer, however, we do not accept tips. The best tip is you leaving feeling your best!
  • Who is NAD+ for?
The majority of people making use of the NAD+ IV infusion are busy executives and high-performing athletes that are looking for an energetic boost and heightened clarity. Most patients describe the effects of this treatment as “calm clarity.”
  • What is NAD+?
NAD+ (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a Vitamin B3 derivative that has been successfully utilized for many, many years in intravenous protocols to help people struggling with addiction. Craig Koniver, MD made the groundbreaking discovery that combining the NAD+ with his FastVitaminIV® greatly helps people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, TBIs, neurological diseases, and executive functioning.
  • How long does it take to administer NAD+?
Each treatment takes 1-2 hours on average, though some people may complete it faster than this.
  • What happens at the end of the NAD+ treatment?
At the end of an NAD+ treatment, the FastVitaminIV® portion is pushed in 1 to 2 minutes.
  • What is the recommended “loading dose” of NAD+ and how close together should I get them?
The majority of patients start with a loading dose of 5 treatments, but some patients do need more than this and start with a loading dose of 10 treatments. The treatments are best given as close together as possible.
  • After the NAD+ loading dose, how often should I get a maintenance “re-up”?
For the maintenance phase, most patients get one IV per week or even one IV per month after the loading dose. Each patient is unique.
  • What can I do during the 1-2 hours of NAD+ treatment?
During the treatments, patients are free to read, work on their computer, or simply lay back and relax.
  • Is the NAD+ you use safe?
The NAD+ protocol we use is very well-tolerated and, according to the manufacturer, has helped children as young as 12 years old, as well as adults in their 80s.
