Desiree Losell
Owner and Registered Nurse
Desiree Losell. BSN, RN, is a passionate holistic health practitioner whose mission is to help others heal, thrive, and live with purpose. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2013 and spent several years building a strong clinical foundation at UPMC Williamsport. In December 2021, Desiree took a courageous leap of faith into entrepreneurship, launching her first service offering in Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy. Since then, she has continued to grow and expand her practice, now offering a wide range of integrative therapies through Infinity Hydration & Wellness. Desiree is deeply committed to continual learning and professional growth. She holds multiple advanced certifications, including AFMCP (Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice) through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), Functional Nurse Certification, and specialized ozone therapy training in EBOO, SD, and HD modalities. She also holds an Intermediate Functional Hyperbaric Certification through the International Board of Undersea Medicine (IBUM). Currently, Desiree is pursuing her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree, further deepening her ability to support clients in both mental and physical wellness. With a strong foundation in both conventional and functional medicine, Desiree combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, root-cause-focused approach to care. She is honored to support others on their journey to optimal health through personalized, holistic services that empower healing from the inside out.
Dr. David Girardi
Medical Director
Dr. Girardi is a board-certified Osteopathic Medicine and Obesity Medicine specialist. His career began at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg in Bethlehem, PA, where he laid the foundations for his medical expertise. An accomplished author with numerous research articles published in the Journal of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, Dr. Girardi's commitment to medical excellence is unwavering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Highest Honors in Biology and Biochemistry from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in the top 15 percent of his class.

Lindsey Howard
Lindsey Howard has a deep passion for customer service and community-building. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Lindsey brings a unique blend of empathy, insight, and a strong commitment to improving the well-being of others. She is also certified in PEMF Therapy, enhancing her holistic approach to health and healing. In addition to her professional skills, Lindsey has a passion for creating engaging social media content. Collaborating with her coworkers, she helps craft meaningful social media strategies that promote connection, outreach, and community engagement. This creative work allows her to merge her love for people with her digital expertise, supporting the mission of her organization and enhancing its community presence. With hands-on experience working with children and families through the Heartworks program at Hospice, Lindsey’s work revolves around providing care, compassion, and active listening to those in need. Whether in her professional role or through community outreach, she thrives on building meaningful connections, problem-solving, and offering support in any way possible. Lindsey is an avid lover of the outdoors, constantly seeking new adventures and connecting with nature. Her passion for people extends beyond her career; she actively explores the world one Broadway show at a time, embracing the beauty of art and culture. Driven by core values of empathy, respect, and service, Lindsey is a problem-solver who is always listening and looking for ways to help others grow and heal. As she moves forward in her career, she is dedicated to creating a lasting impact in both her professional and personal circles, with a long-term goal of becoming a compassionate counselor who helps others navigate their mental health journeys.
Jason Barrett
MSN, AGACNP, CRNP
Jason Barrett, MSN, AGACNP, CRNP is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. He started his medical career as an EMT, then advanced to Paramedic, and Flight Paramedic. He completed his nursing degree in 2014 and then his master’s of science in nursing for Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2021. He has experience managing acute and chronic diseases in the intensive care unit and hospital based settings. He has completed numerous post secondary certifications and educational programs directly related to integrative and functional medicine. He has a devoted interest in helping patients with improved longevity and vitality. Dominique Gardner is a Health & Wellness Educator, Certified Hormone & Peptide Consultant, and Certified Life Coach at Infinity Hydration & Wellness. With a diverse background in health, wellness, fitness, integrative medicine, and professional coaching. Dominique is passionate about helping patients better understand their health and feel empowered throughout their wellness journey. Her career began in the fitness and wellness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, later progressing into fitness facility management and ownership of her own health and wellness center. She also pursued college studies in Occupational Therapy, further developing her understanding of the connection between physical health, function, and overall well-being. Prior to joining Infinity, Dominique worked as a liaison and clinical educator for compounding pharmacies, where she educated physicians, nurse practitioners, and wellness clinics - including practices like Infinity - on bioidentical hormone therapy, peptide therapies, IV therapies, and integrative wellness options. She also worked with clinics as a business growth strategist, helping medical and wellness practices develop programs, improve patient education and engagement, and strategically grow their businesses. Today, Dominique works closely with Infinity's patients and medical team, with a particular focus on the Hormone Plus, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), GLP-1 Medical Weight Loss, and Peptide Optimization programs. She helps patients understand their lab work, symptoms, treatment recommendations, nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle factors, and how these different pieces can work together to support overall health. Dominique holds a Peptide Consultant Certification through the Seeds Scientific Research & Performance Institute (SSRP) and is a Certified Life Coach, currently continuing her professional coaching education toward International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation. She remains committed to ongoing education in hormone health, peptide science, metabolic wellness, nutrition, and integrative health. Dominique's approach centers on education, connection, and whole-person wellness. She believes patients achieve better outcomes when they understand the "why" behind their health, and her goal is to help make complex information understandable while supporting each patient as part of Infinity's collaborative medical team.
