Owner and Registered Nurse
Desiree's passion for helping others has been the driving force behind her career. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2013 and spent a significant part of her nursing journey at UPMC Williamsport. In December 2021, Desiree took a courageous leap of faith and embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, starting with PEMF Therapy. Today, she is blessed with the opportunity to continue making a positive impact on the lives of others through Infinity Hydration & Wellness' ever-growing holistic health and wellness services.
Carynn Antolik
Certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
I am a dedicated and compassionate Certified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over nine years of experience in providing patient-centered care. My career reflects a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness, blending traditional nursing expertise with innovative functional medicine practices. After graduating from the Central Susquehanna LPN Career Center in 2015, I honed my clinical skills across diverse healthcare settings, including orthopedics, allergy and asthma care, and intravenous (IV) therapy. My journey led me to specialize in functional medicine at Infinity Hydration and Wellness, where I deliver personalized care to empower patients in achieving optimal health. At Infinity Hydration and Wellness, I perform various roles, including administering IV hydration, supporting hyperbaric chamber treatments, and providing education on supplements, weight management, and root cause health. My passion lies in helping patients navigate their wellness journey with tailored interventions that address their unique needs. Ultimately, what truly defines my approach is the human connection. Building trust, offering guidance, and fostering a sense of empowerment in every patient I meet is the heart of my practice. Whether it's helping someone recover from illness or achieve peak wellness, I find deep fulfillment in the meaningful relationships I cultivate through care. For me, nursing is more than a profession—it’s a purpose. It’s about bridging the gap between conventional medicine and innovative wellness strategies to create lasting, positive change in people’s lives.
Laura Miller
BSN, RN, CPT, CNC
Laura is a Registered Nurse with over 13 years of experience in critical care, emergency room, and direct bedside patient care. She currently specializes in IV insertion, administering wellness treatments and infusions. She also specializes in dialysis including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, with expertise in central line and fistula access, as well as managing hemodynamic instabilities. Laura is dedicated to patient education and collaborative care and is expanding her clinical expertise through certifications in functional medicine and advanced therapies. Laura holds a BSN from Mansfield University and an Associate's Degree in Applied Health Sciences from Pennsylvania College of Technology. She is certified as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNC), and is also board-certified in Medical-Surgical Nursing. Laura’s skills include patient assessment, critical care, IV insertion, and health management education, with a strong commitment to compassionate care and teamwork.
Rachal Taylor
Registered Nurse
With 16 years of nursing experience, Rachal brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and a passion for holistic care to Infinity Hydration and Wellness. A graduate of Mansfield University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Rachal began her career in the emergency room, where she gained invaluable experience over four years. Following this, she spent the last 13 years in correctional medicine, providing compassionate and effective care to a diverse patient population in a challenging environment. For the past two years, Rachal has been expanding her scope by working in an IV clinic, specializing in holistic therapies, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, PEMF, IV vitamin infusions, and functional medicine. Rachal holds certifications for Intermediate Hyperbaric Technician from the International Board of Undersea Medicine, and Functional Medicine for Nurses by Integrative Nurse Coach Academy, with a focus on treating female hormone imbalances, gut health, detoxification, and inflammation. Through a root cause approach, she aims to uncover the underlying factors that contribute to chronic health issues, allowing patients to heal naturally and achieve long-term wellness. By combining cutting-edge medical practices with a personalized approach, Rachal works closely with patients to identify and address the root causes of their health concerns. Whether treating acute conditions or guiding patients through functional medicine protocols, she is dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their health, restore balance, and live their best lives.
Lindsey Howard
Office Manager
Lindsey Howard is an experienced office manager with a deep passion for customer service and community-building. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Lindsey brings a unique blend of empathy, insight, and a strong commitment to improving the well-being of others. She is also certified in PEMF Therapy, enhancing her holistic approach to health and healing. In addition to her professional skills, Lindsey has a passion for creating engaging social media content. Collaborating with her coworkers, she helps craft meaningful social media strategies that promote connection, outreach, and community engagement. This creative work allows her to merge her love for people with her digital expertise, supporting the mission of her organization and enhancing its community presence. With hands-on experience working with children and families through the Heartworks program at Hospice, Lindsey’s work revolves around providing care, compassion, and active listening to those in need. Whether in her professional role or through community outreach, she thrives on building meaningful connections, problem-solving, and offering support in any way possible. Lindsey is an avid lover of the outdoors, constantly seeking new adventures and connecting with nature. Her passion for people extends beyond her career; she actively explores the world one Broadway show at a time, embracing the beauty of art and culture. Driven by core values of empathy, respect, and service, Lindsey is a problem-solver who is always listening and looking for ways to help others grow and heal. As she moves forward in her career, she is dedicated to creating a lasting impact in both her professional and personal circles, with a long-term goal of becoming a compassionate counselor who helps others navigate their mental health journeys.
Dr. David Girardi
Medical Director
Dr. Girardi is a board-certified Osteopathic Medicine and Obesity Medicine specialist. His career began at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg in Bethlehem, PA, where he laid the foundations for his medical expertise. An accomplished author with numerous research articles published in the Journal of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, Dr. Girardi's commitment to medical excellence is unwavering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Highest Honors in Biology and Biochemistry from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in the top 15 percent of his class.
