BHRT for Women and TRT for Men: Inside Infinity's New Hormone Programs

Hormones influence many systems throughout the body, which is one reason hormone-related symptoms can look different from person to person. Changes in energy, sleep, mood, body composition, concentration, sex drive, strength, or recovery may sometimes be associated with hormone changes, but symptoms alone cannot tell you exactly what is happening.

That is why Infinity Hydration & Wellness has updated its hormone pathways around a simple idea: begin with a fuller picture, then choose the path that fits the individual.

Two of the primary hormone programs are now clearly separated by who they are designed to serve:

  • Hormones Plus is Infinity's BHRT-focused program for women.

  • Testosterone Therapy is Infinity's TRT program for men.

What BHRT Means

BHRT stands for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. The term refers to hormone medications that are chemically identical to hormones naturally produced by the body. In women, BHRT may involve hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone depending on symptoms, lab findings, health history, and provider recommendations.

BHRT is not one standard treatment for every woman. The goal is to evaluate the individual first, then determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate and what type of support may make sense.

What TRT Means

TRT stands for Testosterone Replacement Therapy. It is a treatment used for men when symptoms and appropriate lab testing support a diagnosis of low testosterone and a provider determines treatment is appropriate.

TRT is not simply about increasing testosterone for energy or muscle. A medically guided TRT program looks at symptoms, lab values, health history, goals, and ongoing monitoring to determine whether treatment is appropriate and how the patient responds over time.

Both programs begin with testing, education, and provider review rather than assuming that every symptom needs hormone treatment.

Hormones Plus: BHRT Support Designed for Women

Hormones Plus is specifically designed for women, including women moving through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.

During these stages, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and other hormones can change. Some women notice very little. Others may experience changes in sleep, hot flashes, mood, concentration, body composition, sexual health, or overall quality of life.

Because those symptoms can overlap with other health concerns, the program begins with an evaluation rather than jumping directly to treatment.

What the Hormones Plus initial assessment includes

The $549 initial assessment includes:

  • Comprehensive lab work

  • A one-hour meeting with a Health Coach / Certified Hormone & Peptide Consultant

  • A Nurse Practitioner/Physician appointment

The purpose of that process is to look at the full picture: symptoms, medical history, lab findings, goals, and other factors that may affect how someone feels.

If hormone therapy is appropriate, the plan can then be personalized rather than built around a one-size-fits-all approach.

Ongoing Hormones Plus membership

The $225 monthly membership includes ongoing hormone support and monitoring. According to the program structure, this includes hormone balance education, prescribed bio-identical hormones when clinically appropriate, monthly support with the Health Coach / Certified Hormone & Peptide Consultant, member-only benefits, monthly Q&A access, and scheduled lab and provider follow-up during the first year.

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, often shortened to BHRT, refers to hormone medications that are chemically identical to hormones naturally produced by the body. Whether a specific hormone, dose, or delivery method is appropriate depends on the individual and requires provider evaluation and monitoring.

If you are a woman experiencing symptoms that may be connected to changing hormones, a conversation with the Infinity team can help determine whether the Hormones Plus pathway is worth exploring.

Testosterone Therapy: A Dedicated TRT Pathway for Men

Testosterone naturally changes over time, and low testosterone can be associated with symptoms such as lower sex drive, reduced energy, changes in strength or muscle mass, mood changes, or other concerns. Those symptoms are not specific to testosterone, which is why a proper evaluation matters.

TRT should not be based on symptoms alone. A medically guided program looks at both how a patient feels and the results of appropriate lab testing before determining whether treatment makes sense.

What the Testosterone Therapy initial assessment includes

The $549 initial assessment includes:

  • Comprehensive lab work

  • A one-hour meeting with a Health Coach / Certified Hormone & Peptide Consultant

  • A Nurse Practitioner/Physician appointment

The clinical team can then review the patient's symptoms, health history, lab results, and goals before discussing possible next steps.

Ongoing Testosterone Therapy membership

The $125 monthly membership includes testosterone prescriptions when clinically appropriate, hormone balance education, ongoing consultant support, member benefits, monthly Q&A access, and routine lab and provider follow-up.

Monitoring matters because testosterone therapy is not simply about raising a number on a lab report. Treatment needs to be followed over time so the clinical team can evaluate response, review labs, and make adjustments when needed.

Men who are unsure whether testosterone is actually contributing to how they feel can start with the evaluation process rather than assuming TRT is automatically the answer.

Why Both Programs Start With Labs and a Conversation

Fatigue, poor sleep, difficulty concentrating, changes in weight, mood changes, and low libido can all have more than one possible cause.

Lab work is one tool that can help narrow the picture, but Infinity's process is designed to combine those results with symptoms, history, medications, lifestyle, and individual goals.

That is also why Infinity offers a free 15-minute consultation with its health educator and Certified Hormone & Peptide Consultant. It gives patients a chance to explain what they have been experiencing, ask questions, and get help understanding which pathway may make the most sense before moving forward.

What If Hormones Are Not the Main Issue?

Not every patient who feels tired, struggles with weight, or notices changes in how they feel will belong in a hormone program.

Infinity's broader wellness pathways are designed to give patients other starting points when appropriate.

Renew & Restore

Renew & Restore begins at $150 and is a physician-led wellness pathway focused on broader health concerns and individualized treatment planning. Depending on the patient and provider recommendations, treatment options may include therapies such as IV therapy, ozone/EBOO, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, chelation, or other services.

GLP-1 Weight Loss / Peptide Optimization

This pathway also begins at $150 and includes separate options for physician-guided GLP-1 weight management or individualized peptide education and protocols. The goal is to match the approach to the patient rather than forcing every concern into the same program.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

You do not need to know which program you need before you contact Infinity.

If you are having symptoms and are unsure whether hormones, metabolic health, weight management, or another concern may deserve a closer look, start by talking with the team.

You can schedule the free 15-minute consultation to discuss your concerns, or call the Infinity office and let the staff know what you have been experiencing. From there, the team can help guide you toward the most appropriate next step.

Start with your labs. Discover your path.
